With over five years of direct construction experience and a strong family legacy of more than 30 years in the building industry, we bring both knowledge and credibility to every inspection. Director Renae Di Raco has worked across residential and commercial projects, including as a Site Coordinator, and is proud to continue her family’s trusted name in the industry.
The Di Raco name is well-known across Melbourne construction, with Renae’s father, Rocco Di Raco, serving as a VBA-registered builder and director of Unique Build Aust and Westside Building Surveying. This deep foundation ensures that every BuySafe inspection is backed by genuine expertise and VBA-recognised compliance.

Renae brings a strong background in building and construction to BuySafe Inspections, backed by years of hands-on experience across residential and commercial projects. Having worked as a Site Coordinator and in leading construction roles, she has developed a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of how a quality build should come together.
